Young Professionals EmpowerHER Panel

Topic: Being A Woman Leader in a Male-Dominated Space. For professional women in Dallas looking to connect in business and philanthropy.

The EmpowerHER Panel is part of an event series celebrating Women’s History month as part of Dallas Junior Chamber’s Diversity in 2024 campaign! This event is for young professional women(21-40) looking to connect with other women and professional organizations in Dallas (men are welcomed as well).

DJCC has partnered with DFW Latina Society, The DEC Network, AT&T’s NETwork ERG, and Women’s Business Council – Southwest to put together an AMAZING and collaborative experience where women in business can come together and hear from some incredible ladies who are leading the way in their male-dominated fields.

Come learn how to lead and how to carve out your own space as a woman! In addition, create new professional relationships, get connected, and get involved in the Dallas business and philanthropic communities.

Who’s Speaking?

Tatianna Chamorro – Ranked by D Magazine as one of Dallas’ 500 most powerful business leaders, Tatianna is co-founder and VP of Marketing & Digital at Unexpected Products.

LaDrica Derrico – President of AT&T’s NETwork employee resource group, LaDrica is a local mover and shaker in the business and philanthropic community.

Kelly Ann Winget – Also ranked as one of Dallas’ 500 most powerful leaders, Kelly is a private equity fund manager and diversity advocate.

Haydee Clark – Founder of Resilient Freight Solutions, Haydee won the WBE Rising Star award and is a Latina business owner with several leadership roles in the community.

Amanda Smith – Founder of Dallas Girl Gang, one of Dallas’ largest member organizations focused on supporting women.
